REGISTRATION
All Symposium participants must pay the conference registration fee that are shown in the below :
General participant : 100 €
Student : free of charge*
*student fee applies to only active registered students. Documents confirming student status might be asked upon request.
All persons, including students with free of charge registration fee, wishing to attend the Symposium are kindly requested to register online through the registration system.
Registration fee includes :*conference bag with materials
*name badge
*admission to all oral presentations
*coffee breaks
*lunch breaks
*welcome reception and networking dinner on 1st July 2026
Payment:
When registering on line, participant will be able to choose between :
 Bank transfer – upon successful on line registration, within 48h participant will receive proforma invoice to e-mail provided when registering.
All bank charges should be covered by participant.
The registration will be completed upon receipt of the full payment.
 Credit card – when successfully registered on line, participant will get a credit card payment link to e-mail
When payment successfully received by the Organizer, official invoice will be sent within 48h to e-mail provided when registering.
 Cancellation:
All information about cancellation and changes must be submitted in writing to the official PCO :Â katija@adria-congress.com
Until 15th May 2026 – full reimbursement will be done
After 16th May 2026 – no reimbursement to be done
ACCOMODATION
VERY IMPORTANT : as July is a high season in Split, we encourage you to register and book accommodation at your earliest convenience. No hotel suggested below is guaranteed to have accommodation available during the Symposium. Hotel reservations are to be made individualy, by each participant.
Easiest way for participants is to look for accommodation in Split city centre as from there it takes cca 15 to 25 min walking to the MedILS Symposium venue.
