Dr. Adrijana Vinter

Adrijana Vinter is Global Head of Drug Discovery and a member of the Management Board at Selvita Group, Poland. She has served as Managing Director of Fidelta since 2017 and assumed her global leadership role in 2022. Dr. Vinter leads Selvita’s drug discovery strategy and oversees interdisciplinary research teams delivering integrated discovery services. She began her career as a medicinal chemist at PLIVA and later transitioned into senior leadership roles. She holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Zagreb and an MBA from Cotrugli Business School.
