Dr. Marija Tadin-Strapps

Marija Tadin-Strapps is Head of Discovery Network at Pfizer.  In this role, she is responsible for leading search and evaluation and establishing key external partnerships in support of Pfizer discovery organization.  Marija leads discovery strategies  with specific focus on advanced therapeutic platforms and enabling  technologies.  Prior to joining Pfizer in 2021, Marija held leadership positions at SQZ Biotechnologies, Omega Therapeutics and Merck (MSD) providing her experience across different modalities, including RNA therapeutics, epigenetic gene modulation, cell therapy, and the use of genetics and functional genomics for new target identification and validation, biomarker discovery and translational research across multiple disease areas.  She holds a PhD from Columbia University and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications.
